Ingredients

- Freshly brewed strong coffee
- 1–2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Milk or cream (whole, almond, oat, or coconut)
- Sweetener (sugar, honey, or substitute)
- Ice
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee using double the amount of grounds.
- Allow the coffee to cool at room temperature or refrigerate.
- Whisk in 1-2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt into the cooled coffee.
- Add your chosen sweetener to taste.
- Fill a tall glass with fresh ice and pour the cinnamon-infused coffee over it.
- Top with a splash of milk or cream and stir gently.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and enjoy!
Notes
For a different flavor, try replacing ground cinnamon with a cinnamon stick during brewing.
