Description

Ingredients

  • Freshly brewed strong coffee
  • 12 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Milk or cream (whole, almond, oat, or coconut)
  • Sweetener (sugar, honey, or substitute)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee using double the amount of grounds.
  2. Allow the coffee to cool at room temperature or refrigerate.
  3. Whisk in 1-2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt into the cooled coffee.
  4. Add your chosen sweetener to taste.
  5. Fill a tall glass with fresh ice and pour the cinnamon-infused coffee over it.
  6. Top with a splash of milk or cream and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and enjoy!

Notes

For a different flavor, try replacing ground cinnamon with a cinnamon stick during brewing.
