Ingredients

- 1 box of cake mix (vanilla, chocolate, or red velvet)
- 1 cup buttercream frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups green candy melts
- Skewers or lollipop sticks
- Decorations (edible glitter, sprinkles, mini candies)
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to package directions or your favorite recipe. Allow to cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Gradually mix in frosting until the mixture holds together.
- Roll small amounts into 1-inch balls and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the green candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip the tip of each lollipop stick in melted candy and insert into each cake ball.
- Fully dip each cake pop in melted candy, allowing excess to drip off.
- Decorate with sprinkles before the coating sets.
- Let set and serve on a festive platter.
Notes
