  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or white sesame seeds (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped cranberries, and walnuts. Add chopped fresh herbs and mix until well blended.
  2. Cover your mixture and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in finely chopped walnuts or white sesame seeds until fully coated.
  5. Place the cheese balls onto a serving platter and chill for another 15-20 minutes before serving.
