- 1/2 cup cranberries, chopped (fresh or dried)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup walnuts or white sesame seeds (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped cranberries, and walnuts. Add chopped fresh herbs and mix until well blended.
- Cover your mixture and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each cheese ball in finely chopped walnuts or white sesame seeds until fully coated.
- Place the cheese balls onto a serving platter and chill for another 15-20 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers, apple slices, or enjoy on their own.
