- 1 lb Ground meat (beef, pork, or turkey)
- 1 cup Cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 small Onion (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion, parsley, and seasonings.
- Mix until just combined and form small meatballs (about 1-2 inches in diameter).
- Place meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- In a separate saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, and mustard. Simmer until warmed through and slightly thickened.
- Toss the baked meatballs in the cranberry glaze before serving.
Notes
Allow meatballs to rest briefly after baking for better moisture retention. You can substitute ingredients according to your preference.
