  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion, parsley, and seasonings.
  3. Mix until just combined and form small meatballs (about 1-2 inches in diameter).
  4. Place meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. In a separate saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, and mustard. Simmer until warmed through and slightly thickened.
