- 1 cup fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prep the Cranberries: Wash and coarsely chop fresh cranberries (if using dried, soak them until plump and chop finely).
- Cream the Butter: In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Incorporate Sweetness: Add honey, salt, and cinnamon; mix until combined.
- Add the Cranberries: Gently fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Taste and Adjust: Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
- Chill: Transfer to a decorative dish, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Serve: Allow to sit out for a few minutes before serving for perfect spreadability.
