  • 1 cup Sugar (for cranberry sauce)
  • 1 cup Crushed Ginger Snap Cookies
  • Optional Add-ins: Chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, or a sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, sugar, and a splash of water. Cook until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, soften cream cheese until smooth. Whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In trifle cups, layer crushed ginger snap cookies, cranberry sauce, and cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers and finish with whipped cream on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Garnish with crushed cookies or chopped nuts before serving.

Notes
