- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter (or coconut oil for a dairy-free version)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Flaky sea salt for garnish
- Optional: crushed nuts or white chocolate drizzle for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into mini muffin tins.
- Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Be careful not to overheat.
- Pour a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each crust, leveling it out.
- After partially setting the chocolate (about 10-15 minutes), drizzle caramel on top and swirl if desired.
- Cover with another teaspoon of melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set completely. Sprinkle sea salt before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for about a month.
