Description

Delightful bite-sized treats filled with rich chocolate and gooey caramel, reminiscent of cozy holiday memories.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or coconut oil for a dairy-free version)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Flaky sea salt for garnish
  • Optional: crushed nuts or white chocolate drizzle for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into mini muffin tins.
  2. Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Be careful not to overheat.
  4. Pour a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each crust, leveling it out.
  5. After partially setting the chocolate (about 10-15 minutes), drizzle caramel on top and swirl if desired.
  6. Cover with another teaspoon of melted chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set completely. Sprinkle sea salt before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for about a month.
