- 3 cups Chex cereal (any variety)
- 2 cups pretzels
- 2 cups buttery popcorn
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds or peanuts)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup holiday candies (like M&Ms)
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon or sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large bowl, combine an equal ratio of Chex cereal, pretzels, popcorn, and nuts. Stir well to blend.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry ingredients and gently fold until well-coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly over it.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even browning.
- Remove from oven and let it cool completely. Toss in the holiday candies.
- Serve in a festive bowl or store in an airtight container.
Notes
For a nut-free version, skip mixed nuts or replace with more candies. Use dark chocolate chips for a different flavor.
