  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in mascarpone and whipped cream.
  3. Layer the chocolate: Prepare chocolate pudding and layer half the cream cheese mixture, then the chocolate pudding. Repeat the layers, finishing with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  5. Serve: Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before slicing and serving.

Notes
