Description

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, combine self-rising flour, sugar, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk milk and vanilla; fold into dry ingredients.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a greased baking dish and scoop the batter on top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown but gooey in the center.
  7. Let cool slightly, then serve, preferably with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Enhance the flavor with espresso powder or a sprinkle of sea salt before serving.
