Ingredients

- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the protein powder, ground oats, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a dash of vanilla extract.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip gently and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Serve hot with a drizzle of maple syrup and additional chocolate chips on top.
