- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, and water as per package instructions; stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour brownie batter into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool for at least 10 minutes.
- In another mixing bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar; add flour and vanilla extract, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it slightly, and place on cooled brownie squares; press down gently.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then serve or store in an airtight container.
