Description

A creamy, chocolatey smoothie bowl made with ripe bananas and cocoa powder, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, or cow’s milk)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
  • Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Peel two ripe bananas, scoop out a half cup of yogurt, and measure two tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  2. In a blender, combine the bananas, cocoa powder, and milk of choice. If you’re using yogurt, add it now. Blend until creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with your choice of sweetener, blending again if needed.
  4. While your mixture is blending, prepare your favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, granola, nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bowl, arrange your toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker bowl, add less milk; for a smoother consistency, add more. Customize with your favorite toppings.
