- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, or cow’s milk)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
- Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave to taste)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: Peel two ripe bananas, scoop out a half cup of yogurt, and measure two tablespoons of cocoa powder.
- In a blender, combine the bananas, cocoa powder, and milk of choice. If you’re using yogurt, add it now. Blend until creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with your choice of sweetener, blending again if needed.
- While your mixture is blending, prepare your favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, granola, nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, arrange your toppings, and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker bowl, add less milk; for a smoother consistency, add more. Customize with your favorite toppings.
