  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers or shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, diced onions, garlic, eggs, and herbs/spices.
  3. Mix gently with your hands until combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lined baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Brush with a mixture of ketchup and brown sugar during the last 15 minutes if desired.
