Description
Delicious jumbo pasta shells filled with creamy chicken Alfredo, baked to perfection and topped with cheese.

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken (breast or thighs)
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach or 1 cup sautéed mushrooms (optional)
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil salted water and cook the jumbo pasta shells for 2-3 minutes less than package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add cooked chicken and spinach/mushrooms, then mix in half of the Alfredo sauce.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute some cream with Greek yogurt. You can also use shredded zucchini for a vegetarian version.
