Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let brownies cool completely before slicing into squares.
- Assemble each sandwich by placing one brownie square on a plate, topping it with ice cream, and pressing another brownie square on top.
