- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk (whole, oat, or almond)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew your favorite coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Blend pitted cherries with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add a bit of water if too thick.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice and pour in the cooled coffee until three-quarters full.
- Add the cherry puree and swirl gently through the coffee.
- Top off with milk, pouring slowly to create layers.
- Add extra vanilla if desired, stir gently, and enjoy!
