  • 1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk (whole, oat, or almond)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew your favorite coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. Blend pitted cherries with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add a bit of water if too thick.
  3. Fill a glass halfway with ice and pour in the cooled coffee until three-quarters full.
  4. Add the cherry puree and swirl gently through the coffee.
  5. Top off with milk, pouring slowly to create layers.
  6. Add extra vanilla if desired, stir gently, and enjoy!
