  • 4 large flour tortillas or phyllo dough sheets

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash and chop vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Sauté the filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic, then mushrooms, followed by the other veggies. Cook until tender.
