- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
- Rinse and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces. Add to the creamy mixture and fold gently.
- If desired, drizzle lemon juice over the salad.
- Chill the fruit salad for at least one hour before serving.
- Before serving, stir gently and garnish with mint leaves.
