Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Rinse and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces. Add to the creamy mixture and fold gently.
  5. If desired, drizzle lemon juice over the salad.
  6. Chill the fruit salad for at least one hour before serving.
  7. Before serving, stir gently and garnish with mint leaves.
