Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open and layer the crescent roll dough in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, sealing gaps.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. If desired, mix in sour cream and lemon juice or zest.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll layer, spreading evenly.
  6. Top with another layer of crescent roll dough, sealing again.
