Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk or yogurt (whole milk or plant-based)
  • 1 cup ice (crushed or cubed)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add caramel sauce to the bottom of the blender.
  2. Peel and break the banana into pieces, adding it on top of the caramel.
  3. Pour in the milk or yogurt.
  4. Add the ice.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and any optional spices like cinnamon or cocoa powder.
  6. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness with more caramel if desired.
  8. Pour into a glass, top with caramel and whipped cream if desired, and serve immediately.
