- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk or yogurt (whole milk or plant-based)
- 1 cup ice (crushed or cubed)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add caramel sauce to the bottom of the blender.
- Peel and break the banana into pieces, adding it on top of the caramel.
- Pour in the milk or yogurt.
- Add the ice.
- Add a pinch of salt and any optional spices like cinnamon or cocoa powder.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more caramel if desired.
- Pour into a glass, top with caramel and whipped cream if desired, and serve immediately.
