- 8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup (100g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 medium tart apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (60ml) caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan with liners.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter, then press into the bottom of each muffin cup.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, sour cream, and eggs until creamy.
- Fold in chopped apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then divide the mixture among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are set; the centers should be slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Drizzle with warm caramel sauce before serving, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
