- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 2 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by patting dry to ensure crisp skin.
- Make the Cajun honey butter by melting unsalted butter in a saucepan, then stir in honey, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook the salmon skin-side down in a heated skillet for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle Cajun honey butter on top, flip the salmon, and cook for another 4-5 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Finish under the broiler if desired for caramelization.
- Serve with fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top.
