Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by patting dry to ensure crisp skin.
  2. Make the Cajun honey butter by melting unsalted butter in a saucepan, then stir in honey, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cook the salmon skin-side down in a heated skillet for 4-5 minutes until golden.
  4. Drizzle Cajun honey butter on top, flip the salmon, and cook for another 4-5 minutes, basting occasionally.
  5. Finish under the broiler if desired for caramelization.
  6. Serve with fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top.
