Instructions

- Cream the butter and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and blend thoroughly.
- Whisk together the flour, chopped pecans, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Roll tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
Notes
