  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 4 Butterfinger bars, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie pan to create a crust. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in crushed Butterfinger bars, saving some for topping.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth with a spatula. Top with remaining Butterfinger pieces.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Slice and serve with delight!
