- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 4 Butterfinger bars, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie pan to create a crust. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden.
- In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
- Fold in crushed Butterfinger bars, saving some for topping.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth with a spatula. Top with remaining Butterfinger pieces.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve with delight!
