Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup (150g) Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring not to overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the heavy cream until everything is combined into a silky mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is deep golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Let it cool in the pan for at least an hour before transferring it to the fridge to chill for at least four hours.
  8. Once chilled, remove from the mold, slice, and serve.
