- 2 cups shredded chicken (boneless and skinless)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar. Mix until well incorporated.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper diagonally. Place about a tablespoon of the filling at the bottom corner. Fold the sides over and roll tightly but gently to enclose the filling.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water to seal them properly.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add the egg rolls in batches, cooking until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the egg rolls to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For a milder flavor, substitute buffalo sauce with barbecue sauce. You can also use shredded turkey or tofu for dietary preferences.
