Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
  • 1 handful chopped green onions
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape, spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the center, fold the bottom point over, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Fry egg rolls in batches for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and fresh veggie sticks.
