Crispy egg rolls filled with a creamy and spicy Buffalo chicken dip that brings everyone together.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
- 1 handful chopped green onions
- Egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix until smooth.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape, spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the center, fold the bottom point over, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Fry egg rolls in batches for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and fresh veggie sticks.
Notes
Ensure oil is hot enough for frying. Don’t overcrowd the pan to maintain oil temperature.
