Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until creamy.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, spoon filling into the center, moisten edges, and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Test oil readiness with a small piece of wrapper.
- Fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, turning for even cooking.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a healthier version, bake the egg rolls at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes, brushing lightly with oil before baking.
