Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until creamy.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, spoon filling into the center, moisten edges, and roll tightly to seal.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Test oil readiness with a small piece of wrapper.
