Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Fold in sweet corn kernels.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
