Instructions
- Wash and trim broccoli into bite-sized florets. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then plunge into ice water to stop cooking.
- Core and slice apples thinly, tossing with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Toast the nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden.
- Mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and mustard in a small bowl to create the dressing.
- Combine broccoli, apples, nuts, and cranberries in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss gently to coat.
