  • 50g walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash the pears and slice them in half lengthwise, scooping out the center.
  3. Combine crumbled blue cheese, chopped nuts, and herbs in a bowl.
  4. Stuff the cheese mixture into each pear half.
  5. Arrange the stuffed pears upright in a baking dish and drizzle with honey.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Drizzle balsamic reduction over the baked pears before serving.
