  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp, then drain on paper towels.
  2. Wash and chop the lettuce and tomatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until smooth.
