Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries, chopped
  • 2 cups Yogurt or Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Berries: Rinse and chop the berries as needed.
  2. Blend the Base: In a bowl, mix yogurt or coconut cream with honey and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Layering: In molds, layer the yogurt mixture, then add berries, and repeat.
  4. Mix it Up: Optionally swirl the mixture for a fun effect.
  5. Freeze: Insert sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. Unmold and Enjoy: Run molds under warm water to release the bars and serve immediately.
