- Beef Tenderloin

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the Beef Tenderloin dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloin for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and fresh herbs around the tenderloin in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove from the oven, cover loosely with foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the Beef Tenderloin into thick pieces and serve.
