- Optional: splash of oyster sauce and sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Marinate the beef for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat the skillet: Add vegetable oil to a skillet over high heat.
- Cook the beef: Add marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes; flip and cook until caramelized.
- Sauté the scallions: Add scallions (and optional veggies) to the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Glaze the dish: Add a splash of soy sauce and sesame oil; toss quickly to coat.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve immediately over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds.
