- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Flatbread or pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms (optional)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the marinated chicken lightly for added smoky flavor.
- Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until golden brown.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread BBQ sauce on flatbread and layer with grilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms, red onion, and cheese.
