Ingredients

  • Flatbread or pizza dough

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.
