Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 box Nilla Wafers
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Let it sit for a minute.
  2. Slice the ripe bananas into medium rounds.
  3. Begin layering in a large dish or individual cups with pudding, followed by Nilla Wafers and banana slices. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
  4. Add a generous layer of whipped topping over the last pudding layer.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
  6. Just before serving, crumble some Nilla Wafers over the top and enjoy!

Notes

To prevent bananas from browning, sprinkle a little lemon juice on them. Prepare a day ahead to enhance the flavor.
