- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 box Nilla Wafers
- 1 container whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Let it sit for a minute.
- Slice the ripe bananas into medium rounds.
- Begin layering in a large dish or individual cups with pudding, followed by Nilla Wafers and banana slices. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
- Add a generous layer of whipped topping over the last pudding layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
- Just before serving, crumble some Nilla Wafers over the top and enjoy!
Notes
To prevent bananas from browning, sprinkle a little lemon juice on them. Prepare a day ahead to enhance the flavor.
