  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tray with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, and oil or melted butter until well blended.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  6. Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling them three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy warm!
