Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Scatter the fresh herbs over the fillets.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork at 145°F (63°C).
- Optional: Finish under the broiler for 1 minute for a golden crust.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
