- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the turkey wings.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey wings with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
- In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce and pomegranate juice until smooth.
- Toss the seasoned wings in half of the glaze, reserving the other half for basting.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, basting with reserved glaze halfway through.
- Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and let the wings rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Allow the wings to marinate in the glaze for at least 30 minutes before cooking for enhanced flavor. Pair with sides like garlic mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
