- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, minced garlic, herbs, and honey or sugar until well blended.
- Incorporate the cranberries and half of the cheese, folding gently to keep the cranberries intact.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese and chopped nuts.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Cover with aluminum foil if browning too quickly.
