Description

A warm, creamy dip with tart cranberries and rich cream cheese, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, minced garlic, herbs, and honey or sugar until well blended.
  3. Incorporate the cranberries and half of the cheese, folding gently to keep the cranberries intact.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese and chopped nuts.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Cover with aluminum foil if browning too quickly.
