Description

Ingredients

  • 1 round wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until thin.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the pastry and drizzle honey over it. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  4. Fold the pastry around the brie, sealing it tightly.
  5. Brush the exterior with the beaten egg.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with crackers or a baguette.

Notes
