  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 burger buns (brioche or whole grain)

  • Extra ranch dressing (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients, chop vegetables, and measure seasonings.
  2. Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Make the Burger Patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with ranch seasoning. Form into patties and create a dimple in the center.
  4. Grill the Burgers: Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, flip, and add cheese if desired, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until done.
