- 4 slices bacon
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns (brioche or whole grain)
- Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, or avocado (for toppings)
- Extra ranch dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients, chop vegetables, and measure seasonings.
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Make the Burger Patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with ranch seasoning. Form into patties and create a dimple in the center.
- Grill the Burgers: Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, flip, and add cheese if desired, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until done.
- Toast the Buns: Butter the inside of the buns and toast them on the grill.
- Assemble the Burger: Place the patty on the bottom bun, layer with bacon, toppings, and condiments, then top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve the burgers hot with a side of fried potatoes or salad.
