- 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 pretzel buns
- 1 onion, diced
- Fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté diced onions in olive oil over medium heat until caramelized.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with sautéed onions, salt, pepper, and herbs. Form small patties.
- Cook bacon in the same skillet until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook patties in bacon fat or grill until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Assemble sliders with lettuce, patties, bacon, cheese, and condiments on the bottom half of the pretzel bun.
- Top with the other half of the bun and bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Let rest briefly before serving.
