A creamy and refreshing Avocado Smoothie, blending ripe avocados with yogurt, almond milk, honey, and lime juice for a nutritious treat.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or dairy-free)
- 1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Optional boosters: fresh spinach or kale, chia seeds, protein powder
Instructions
- Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the yogurt to the blender.
- Pour in the almond milk, adjusting the amount for desired thickness.
- Squeeze in the lime juice.
- Drizzle in honey to taste.
- If using optional boosters, add them now.
- Blend until silky smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or creaminess as desired.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For meal prep, freeze the avocado mixture (excluding yogurt and milk) for a quick smoothie in the morning.
