Description

A creamy and refreshing Avocado Smoothie, blending ripe avocados with yogurt, almond milk, honey, and lime juice for a nutritious treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or dairy-free)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Optional boosters: fresh spinach or kale, chia seeds, protein powder

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the yogurt to the blender.
  3. Pour in the almond milk, adjusting the amount for desired thickness.
  4. Squeeze in the lime juice.
  5. Drizzle in honey to taste.
  6. If using optional boosters, add them now.
  7. Blend until silky smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness or creaminess as desired.
  9. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For meal prep, freeze the avocado mixture (excluding yogurt and milk) for a quick smoothie in the morning.
