Instructions
- Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and chopping them into small cubes.
- Sauté the apples in a non-stick skillet with melted butter, cinnamon, and salt for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats and milk and bring to a gentle boil. Add a pinch of salt.
- Once the oats absorb most of the liquid (about 5-7 minutes), stir in the sautéed apples and maple syrup or brown sugar.
