  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and apple cider to the mixture, blending until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Drop balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges but still soft in the center.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
