Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or thyme), optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides and season generously with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the squash halves cut side down in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes, then use a fork to scrape the flesh of the squash into strands.
  7. Toss the strands in your favorite sauce or serve with sautéed vegetables or cheese.

Notes

For a vegan option, use nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor. Experiment with spices for extra flavor.
