Description

Delightful and healthier blueberry donuts made in an air fryer, capturing the joy of summer memories with every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup milk (regular, almond, or oat)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures, folding in blueberries gently.
  5. Lightly grease a silicone donut mold.
  6. Spoon batter into the mold about ¾ full.
  7. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool slightly before removing and dust with powdered sugar or glaze.
  9. Serve and enjoy with coffee or tea.

Notes

Don’t overmix the batter for fluffy donuts; use a silicone mold for easy release. Let them cool for the best texture.
