Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup milk (regular, almond, or oat)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, folding in blueberries gently.
- Lightly grease a silicone donut mold.
- Spoon batter into the mold about ¾ full.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before removing and dust with powdered sugar or glaze.
- Serve and enjoy with coffee or tea.
Notes
Don’t overmix the batter for fluffy donuts; use a silicone mold for easy release. Let them cool for the best texture.
